How would you handle a Cyber Incident?

Our Cyber Incident response service provides you with a dedicated rescue line that you can call at any time. Being able to call upon experienced Cyber Security Professionals to help you can mean the difference between surviving an attack or dealing with the consequences and suffering an attack.

This will become extremely important when companies have to report a breach within 72 hours as part of the GDPR regulation, effective from 25th May 2018.


Our service covers two areas: Incident Response and Emergency Advisory Service.

Incident Response

In the event of an incident or suspected breach, we will provide an accredited Security Expert to help.

The types of incidents include but is not limited to a forensic incident, a virus outbreak, a request to take down a spoof website, or a seize and search of a computer or equipment.

Emergency Advisory Service

We will provide an accredited Security Expert to carry out a phishing analysis, investigate a suspected Ddos or Dos attack, evaluate Advanced Persistent Threat Response and offer the client compliance and regulatory advice.

Every initial phone call will be ticketed by our 24 x7 Service Desk who will allocate a consultant to respond within the agreed timeframe. The client will be allocated a dedicated contact and at the beginning of the contract a tailor made incident response process and plan will be agreed upon
